How does “pay at launch” work?

You place a normal order today, but nothing is charged. Your order sits reserved in our system at the pre-sale price. When we start production, we email every pre-order customer a secure link to pay. As soon as your payment is in, we craft your wall bars.

No payment now means no risk for you — and it lets us build exactly the right number of pieces.

Delivery & timing

Each set is made to your chosen height, so it isn't sitting on a shelf — it's built for you after launch. Once your batch is ready, your order ships with tracking. We'll always keep you posted on where things stand — no guessing.

How stable is it?

It tensions itself firmly inside the door frame, spreading the load evenly across the frame so it stays put during climbing, hanging and swinging. As with any home movement gear, always check the fit is snug before use and re-check it regularly.

Recommended maximum load depends on rung length — shorter rungs carry more. Full guidance ships with every unit.

Will it fit my doorway?

It's designed for standard door frames and adjusts to small differences in height. Enter your doorframe height and we select the matching size for you — we handle the exact fit.

Got an older building, an unusual frame, a hallway opening or skirting boards in the way? Reply to your pre-order email with a couple of photos and your measurements and we'll find the right solution together.
